A friend of mine handed me a card to get a free hair cut so I figured I'd give this spot a chance. I have not had good luck with walk in hair cut chains in the past. My experience from the moment a walked in was first class. Grace greeted me as I walked in and gave me an accurate wait time. 15 minutes later I was in the chair. This is not a normal hair cut. They take great care to give you the cut you want while doing the small things that make going to a barber relaxing. My favorite part is the steam towel/massage/shampoo. Grace even trims my ears. The hair cut is top notch too. I've paid 60 dollars for a salon cut in the past and Grace does a far better job. So go ahead and go for the free haircut but I promise that you'll be back for more. Even if there is a line it will be worth the wait.
